The Tri-Cities Thunder defeated the Hampton Roads Lady Gators 32-6 to win the 2019 USWFL Ironwoman Championship after falling to the Gators in the 2018 Title game. The Thunder completed an undefeated season with the victory over the Gators.

The Washington Prodigy defeated the Keystone Assault 39-0 to win the 2019 USWFL Division 2 National Championship in Sullivan, Tennessee. The title marks the third straight for the Prodigy. 

The Prodigy were led by touchdowns by Tierra McCormick and Tino'i Jones.
